Larry Page

Major Academic Events: Larry Page recieved his master's degree from Stanford University. He won the Marconi Prize in 2004, a prize that is awarded annually to innovators who have made a significant contribution to increasing digital inclusivity. He also received the Golden Plate Award of the American Academy of Achievement in the same year, an award that recognizes some of the highest achieveing people in diverse fields and allowing them to meet and talk with each other.
Contributions to Computer Science: Larry Page co-founded Google with Sergey Brin and was CEO of Alphabet (Google's parent company) until 2019, when stepped down from the role.
